What types of lookups can I perform?

Our RealValidation® integration supports DNC lookup (National, State, DMA, and Litigator Lists), email, and phone validation.

How long does it take to get setup?

We can have you up and running in roughly 1-3 business days, depending on the number of clients in the onboarding queue.

How does the integration work?

We add several [RV] tags to your account. These tags trigger API calls for individual or groups of contacts, and you have the option for a monthly sync to check for Do Not Contact (DNC). Once the lookup is complete, we will add the relevant [RV] tags that contain data, allowing you to locate them using filters. Additionally, we will include a detailed note summarizing the information returned from the lookup.

How much does it cost?

Access to our RealValidation API connection for Sierra Interactive is a one-time cost of $299. API usage is billed directly to the card on file with RealValidation. Since you are paying RealValidation directly, there are no hidden surcharges for API calls, unlike other data lookup services.
